Turbine on wheels??? COME ON, how much energy do they generate? Whats the petroleum/sunken infrastructural cost to have trucks waiting with these things on them. How do they store the energy they generate if they're mobile? LED billboard? Sounds like an eleventh hour throw-in, whose going to be reading these billboards as you truck them into high-velocity winds?
